BBS Chartered Surveyors are an independant Practise of Chartered Building Surveyors, Property Design & Build Consultants, whose aim is to provide a proffessional service to its clients in all property related matters. Our services range from Building Surveys to complete Project Management & Architectural Services on new build, Extensions, Renovations on both Residential and Commercial projects.
Our lead consultant is Gerard Walsh MRICS MSCS CEnv FBEng a Chartered Building Surveyor, Chartered Environmentalist, Corporate Building Engineer, Experienced Project Manager and Lecturer in Construction studies with over 25 years experience in the Construction & Property industry, both here in the UK and overseas. Our mission statement is to provide all our clients with a professional, value for money service, whilst promoting sustainable construction.
